Background

Hi there! Thanks for your interest in Envision. Our mission is to support, inspire, and equip young, diverse founders through a curriculum taught by world-class speakers, hands-on mentorship, curated investor/mentor introductions, and much more.

Progress

In the 18 months since our founding...

• We've accelerated 47 diverse-led companies and 100+ founders 🚀
• We've distributed over $300k in non-dilutive funding 💰
• Our companies have gone on to raise more than $30mm+ in venture funding from world-class investors including Greylock Partners, Sequoia Capital, Alexis Ohanian, chief executives at Product Hunt/Doordash/KAYAK/Instacart, and more.
• Our companies have also gone on to participate in YCombinator and 500 Startups, and our founders have been named Thiel Fellows and Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees

Our Team

We’re a team of 6 looking to bring on 2-3 young, scrappy, diverse, and driven individuals to bring Envision to new heights in 2022. Everyone here learns & grows in many different verticals: from operations, to engaging with our mentor & investor communities, to company support, to truly learning the ins and outs of building an early stage company alongside our cohort, the experience of running Envision is one-of-a-kind. We are reviewing team applications on a rolling basis!

No technical / venture experience required! We’re a team of learners and teachers and will help you get there :)

• You like creating new processes/systems but also making existing ones better.
• You are a voracious learner and extremely inquisitive.
• You search for ways to make impact, develop a plan to do so, and execute on them.

📌 Your qualifications

• You’re an undergraduate student either in classes or on a gap semester
• You can commit at least 10-15 hours during the week

• Our network is your network! You’ll be in the loop with the wonderful mentors and investors we have in our extended Envision community 🧡
